Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups corn flakes
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the creamy peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour in the entire bag of butterscotch chips and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the corn flakes, being careful not to crush them.
  6. Add the milk chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
