Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (fat-free)
  • 1 whole whole-wheat bagel split in half
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and cream cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice the whole-wheat bagel in half and toast it until golden and crispy.
  3. Slice the banana into thin rounds, about ΒΌ-inch thick.
  4. In a non-stick pan, arrange the banana slices and sprinkle coconut sugar over them. Heat until the sugar begins to melt and caramelize, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture on each half of the toasted bagel and top with the bruleed banana slices.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

  • Try almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
