  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract enhances the overall flavor.
  • 2/3 cup sweetener of choice adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • 1/3 cup brownie mix or cocoa powder gives that delicious chocolate flavor.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Hand Mixer
  • Spatula
  • Serving bowl

Method

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you’re using cream cheese, ensure it’s softened to room temperature for easier mixing. If you opt for coconut cream, chill it in the fridge overnight for the best consistency.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese (or coconut cream) with the yogurt (or nut butter). Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the pure vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Now, gently fold in the brownie mix (or cocoa powder) with a spatula. Ensure there are no lumps and the mixture is completely blended.
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Once chilled, serve with your favorite dippers such as fruits, cookies, or pretzels. Enjoy your delicious Brownie Batter Dip!
