Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Peel the medium banana and have your frozen blueberries ready for blending.
  2. In your blender, combine the banana and fat-free plain Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour in the almond milk and add the frozen blueberries. Blend again until everything is mixed evenly.
  4. Add the 2 tablespoons of PB2 to the blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  5. Finally, add the 1/2 cup of ice to the mixture. Blend once more until the ice is crushed and your smoothie reaches the desired consistency.
  6. Pour your Blueberry Banana PB Smoothie into a glass or mason jar. Enjoy this refreshing drink immediately!
