  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 30 oz Frozen Hash Browns (thawed)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 3 each Scallions (sliced)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: Spray your 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Step 3: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Step 4: Sauté the onion and red bell pepper in the same skillet until soft, about 5 minutes. Combine with the cooked sausage in a large bowl.
