- Step 1: Marinate the BeefIn a bowl, combine the sirloin beef tips with minced garlic, low sodium soy sauce, water, grated ginger, chili garlic paste (if using), corn starch, honey, and baking soda. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Prepare the VegetablesWhile the beef is marinating, rinse the snow peas and slice the mushrooms. Set them aside, ready to add to the skillet.
- Step 3: Heat the SkilletIn a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
