  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 lb beef
  • 2 large carrots

Method

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Noodles - Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the broken thin spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Make the Sauce - In a small bowl, combine the hot boiled water, beef Better Than Bouillon, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until the bouillon and sugar are fully dissolved.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Beef - Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips for tenderness.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Vegetables - In a wok or large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Toss in sliced carrots and broccoli, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Stir-Fry the Beef - Push vegetables to one side of the wok, add more vegetable oil if needed, and cook the sliced beef for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  6. Step 6: Combine Everything - Add the cooked spaghetti and sauce mixture to the wok. Toss until well coated and heated through. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss again.
  7. Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or sliced green onions if desired.
