Ingredients
  

For the Salmon:
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet cut into 4 filets
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp extra light olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced, pressed, or grated
  • 0.5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp fine sea salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 0.5 lemon lemon sliced into 4 rings for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a nice sear.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Step 3: Place salmon filets on a lined baking sheet. Pour marinade over salmon, coating each piece. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Step 5: Garnish with lemon slices and serve with favorite sides.
