Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (15 ounces) red salmon bones and skin removed
  • 3 slices soft bread cubed

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs, ½ cup melted butter, 1 ½ cups milk, and 1 teaspoon salt until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Open the can of red salmon and drain any excess liquid. Flake the salmon into the egg mixture, stirring gently.
  4. Step 4: Cube the 3 slices of soft bread and fold them into the salmon mixture until coated.
  5. Step 5: Lightly grease your loaf pan. Pour the salmon mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for about 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Allow the loaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • For gluten-free, use gluten-free bread.
  • Substitute butter with olive oil for a lighter version.
  • Add herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor.
