  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Baking brush
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Oven

Method

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure crispy wonton wrappers.
  2. Lightly brush the muffin tin with olive oil and press each wonton wrapper into the cups, brushing the tops with more olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onion, lime juice, shredded cheese, soy sauce, sriracha (if using), Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture into each wonton wrapper, filling generously.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake the wonton wrappers for a few minutes before adding filling.
  • Substitute crab meat with shrimp or a vegetarian filling if desired.
  • Ensure crab meat is well-drained to avoid a watery filling.
  • Adjust spice level by modifying sriracha or adding cayenne pepper.
