- Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Start by washing and cutting the potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Next, cut the chicken breasts into similar-sized chunks.
- Step 2: Season the Chicken and Potatoes - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and potatoes. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, red chili flakes (if using), oregano, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well-coated.
- Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Air Fry the Chicken and Potatoes - Place the seasoned chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes.
- Step 5: Shake and Continue Cooking - After 12 minutes, shake the basket and add the remaining olive oil, garlic, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
