Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-rising flour plus 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 spray cooking spray for greasing
  • to taste Lowry's Garlic Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll out the dough to about ½-inch thickness.
  6. Cut the rolled-out dough into strips, approximately 1 inch wide and 4-6 inches long.
  7. Sprinkle Lowry's Garlic Salt generously over the strips.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
  • Freeze breadsticks wrapped in plastic for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
