Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough to about ½-inch thickness.
Cut the rolled-out dough into strips, approximately 1 inch wide and 4-6 inches long.
Sprinkle Lowry's Garlic Salt generously over the strips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
